Regional Halfway House Associations participates in Congress 2011

Representatives of all regional halfway house associations are participating in the National Congress 2011 conference hosted by the Canadian Criminal Justice Association and the Société de Criminologie du Québec in Quebec City, Quebec from the 26 to 29 October 2011.
